For General Purpose Self-lubricating Applications up to 350°F Operating Temperature (Dry or Submerged)

Metcar Block Bearings are ideally suited to the textile industry due to their inherent self-lubricating properties. Metcar Block Bearings are unexcelled when used as submerged bearings in textile applications such as dying, bleaching, sanforizing, mercerizing, washing and other wet processing operations. Metcar Block Bearings are low in friction, will not score the mating shaft, have high corrosion resistance and are extremely durable.

Users report maintenance free operation with Metcar Bearings for periods up to 10 years. Special sizes up to 4-1/2" bore can be economically manufactured to meet your exact requirements.
  • Completely self-lubricating
  • Constant and low coefficient of friction
  • Use dry or submerged
  • Outstanding wear resistance
  • No galling or seizing to shaft
  • Dimensionally stable (dry or submerged)
  • Non-contaminating
  • Operates quietly
  • Other sizes available to meet your exact operating requirements
